Permissions/Opt-in post for Arda Marred

Elrond is telepathic. In general, he doesn't go poking around where he's uninvited and I play him in such a way that most telepathic communication is approved IC'ly. However, there are always exceptions! Please comment and let know if:

A) I have permission to speak with your character telepathically.

B) I can have Elrond, in some situations as they arise, have a certain "sense" of your character's intentions.
